Once a Member, you will receive weekly workout routines by yours truly, Brittany Beede.  Working out should never be just an every day routine, it should be challenging and effective.  Each week we will be focusing on a new routine to trick your muscles and body into never getting comfortable with the same routine.  Our goal is to get you in shape and by doing so, I will be creating an intense workout that will help you achieve those goals each week.
